HOW TO USE 如何使用：
Adult: 6 capsules.
Children 1-3 years old: 1 capsule.
4-6 years old: 2 capsules.
7-9 years old: 3 capsules.
10-12 years old: 4 capsules.
13 years old and above: 6 capsules.
Can be taken 3 times a day with lukewarm water, after meals.
