Herba Blumea Balsamifera 大風艾
Herba Cymbopogon Citratus香茅

HOW TO USE 如何使用：
1. Put a packet of BKC Confinement Herbal Bath (Mom Series) into basin.
2. Pour a liter of boiling water into the basin and let it steeps for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add in warm water and mix in some white wine. Mother may either bath or body rubs.
Use 2 packets per day. 
**If you've had a normal delivery, you can bath after 7 days. 
**If you've had a Caesarean section, you can only bath after 10 days. 

1. 將一包萬家濟沐浴藥材（媽媽系列）藥包放進盆裏。
2. 倒入大約1公升的沸水, 讓藥包浸泡長達2-3分鐘。
3. 加入適量的溫水及少許白米酒，攪拌均勻即可沐浴/抹身。
每天可使用2小包。
**自然生產者可在7天後使用。
** 剖腹生產者可在10天後使用。
